02About Magnent

Magnent is an Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) platform operated from India. We help brands improve their visibility across AI-powered search engines such as ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, and Gemini.

03Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Platform. By using the Platform, you represent that you meet this requirement.

04User Accounts

Certain features require registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

05Permitted Use

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes. You shall not:

• Use the Platform in any way that violates applicable Indian or international laws;
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform;
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data without prior written consent;
• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's infrastructure;
• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any harmful code.

06Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform - including text, graphics, logos, software, reports, and analyses - is the property of Magnent or its licensors and is protected under the Indian Copyright Act, 1957 and applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

07AI-Generated Reports

Reports and analyses generated through the Platform are provided for informational purposes only. They do not constitute professional advice. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated outputs may contain errors or inaccuracies, and we make no guarantees regarding their completeness or reliability.

08Third-Party Services

The Platform may integrate with or link to third-party services (e.g., AI model providers, analytics tools). We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of such third-party services. Your use of them is governed by their respective terms.

09Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Magnent and its founders, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform.

10Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Magnent from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

12Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause and without prior notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately.

13Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.

14Dispute Resolution

Before initiating any legal proceedings, you agree to attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, either party may pursue arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with a sole arbitrator seated in Chennai.

15Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page. Your continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
